The arena of the Kyrgyz Institute of Physical Education and Sports will host the Congress and Exhibition Forum «Food Industry Week in the Kyrgyz Republic» tomorrow at 11.00 am.
The Congress and Exhibition Forum «Food Industry Week in the Kyrgyz Republic» unites five international specialized exhibitions on a single site:
- The 2nd International Specialized Exhibition of Food and Beverages FoodExpo Kyrgyzstan 2018;
- The 2nd International Specialized Exhibition of Equipment for Food Industry FoodTechExpo 2018;
- The 2nd International Specialized Exhibition of Equipment, Goods and Services for equipping public catering enterprises HorecaExpo 2018;
- The 2nd International Specialized Exhibition for Packaging Production UpackExpo Kyrgyzstan 2018;
- The 2nd specialized exhibition of halal industry HalalFoodExpo 2018.
Representatives of the Kyrgyz government, heads of relevant ministries and departments, representatives of diplomatic missions of the countries participating in the exposition, representatives of the profile associations, as well as top management of large branch enterprises and business structures of Kyrgyzstan, foreign countries will take part in the opening ceremony.
Over 40 companies from 11 countries will be represented at the united exhibition exposition: Belarus, Indonesia, Italy, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Taiwan, Turkey, Uzbekistan and Sri Lanka.
They are ready to present the latest developments in the food industry and the production of organic food.
The geography of exhibitors is complemented by the participation of Kyrgyz companies, which are the official representatives of the largest manufacturing plants. The uniqueness of the exhibitions is that the domestic participating companies get an opportunity to exchange experience with foreign colleagues and establish contacts with potential partners and consumers.
In comparison with 2017, this year geography of exhibitors grew by 16 percent, and 14-19 percent more exhibitors are expected (the employees of profile organizations from all regions of the country, citizens and guests of the capital, as well as foreign visitors and specialists are among them).
The business program of the International Congress and Exhibition Forum includes seminars, master classes, presentations of new technologies and equipment.
The food industry week is an excellent platform where participants can present their products, get acquainted with potential partners, present their goods and services and sign beneficial contracts.
The Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Industry and Land Reclamation, the Investment Promotion Agency, the Center for Standardization and Metrology, the Kyrgyz Center for Accreditation under the Ministry of Economy, and Kyrgyzobschepit LLC — the Association of Public Catering Enterprises, provide official support to the Food Industry Week in the Kyrgyz Republic.
