Head of Government’s Executive Office appointed

Sooronbai Jeenbekov signed a decree appointing Murat Mukambetov the head of the Government’s Executive Office — the Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Information Policy Department of the Presidential Administration reported.

The former head of the Executive Office of the Cabinet of Ministers, Nurkhanbek Momunaliev, resigned in mid-March. The official reason for his resignation was serious shortcomings in the preparation of international documents.

He has been working in the Prime Minister’s office since 2003. Since 2012, he has been the First Deputy Head of the Government’s Executive Office.
