Ata Meken finds report of Prosecutor General unsatisfactory

The parliamentary faction Ata Meken today found the report of the Prosecutor General unsatisfactory and passed a no-confidence motion against Indira Dzholdubaeva. The decision was made today at the meeting. Only Saidulla Nyshanov was against it.

The Socialists fraction also initiates the creation of a temporary deputy commission to assess the activities of Indira Dzholdubaeva on resonant corruption and political cases.

Deputy Emil Toktoshev proposed to prohibit the Prosecutor General Indira Dzholdubaeva from leaving the country.

«We can not include this in the decision. But we can ask her personally not to go anywhere after the resignation,» said the faction leader Almambet Shykmamatov.

The agenda of the Socialists meeting today included a report of the head of supervising body for 2017. Her deputy Bokonbai Kazakov reported instead of Indira Dzholdubaeva.

Earlier, the parliament deputy Zhanar Akayev said that today the opposition factions might consider the report of the Prosecutor General Indira Dzholdubaeva as unsatisfactory.
