Border guards of Ak-Zhol-Avtododrozhniy checkpoint detained an Uzbek citizen, who was trying to leave for Kazakhstan, using a fake Kyrgyz passport. The Department for Public Relations and Media of the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
According to it, the document had signs of partial falsification of the photograph. The detainee explained that he was a citizen of Uzbekistan. According to the man, he bought the passport in Osh, where he arrived, presenting a valid document.
The foreigner decided to use the forged passport because he was banned from entering Russia.
The detainee was handed over to the employees of the territorial subdivision of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.
