Children’s rehabilitation complex Altyn Balalyk will be returned to Cholpon-Ata Town Administration. The Information Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office informed.
According to it, on March 12, 2018, the Issyk-Kul District Court granted the claim of the prosecutor’s office about the invalidation of sale and purchase transactions of land plots that had previously belonged to Altyn Balalyk complex.
With the entry of this court decision in force, the Issyk-Kul district prosecutor’s office will decide on return of these lands to the municipal property of Cholpon-Ata Town Administration.
It is noted that in December 2000, on the basis of fake decisions of the Cholpon-Ata Town Council and Issyk-Kul District State Administration, 2.7 hectares of the land of the children’s complex were transferred to a Kyrgyz citizen, which were later divided into 26 land plots and sold.
