Driver transporting migrants from Kyrgyzstan in a van fined

A driver, who transported migrants from Kyrgyzstan in a van, was fined. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported.

According to the ministry, a van, intended for the transportation of food products, was detained on March 27 on Yuzhnouralsk — Magnitogorsk highway. The driver attempted to transport 20 migrants from Kyrgyzstan to Russia.

According to the information of the State Road Safety Inspectorate of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Chelyabinsk Oblast, the driver, a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic, was fined.

All the detainees, including the driver, left Chelyabinsk Oblast.
