According to him, there are already investors who are ready to invest in the construction of the stations. However, negotiations with them were suspended until the claim of RusHydro on the return of $ 37 million is withdrawn. This is the cost of work that the company had done before termination of the agreement with the Kyrgyz government.
In addition, Alymbek Orozbekov noted that Uzbekistan would take part in the construction of Kambar-Ata-1. The agreement with Uzbekhydroenergo has already been signed, negotiations on implementation of the project are ongoing.
