Kyrgyz Temir Zholu earns over 650 million soms in 2017

The state enterprise Kyrgyz Temir Zholu earned more than 650 million soms in 2017. General Director of KTZ Almazbek Nogoybaev told.

According to him, the company is one of the largest taxpayers and an economically stable company.

In 2017, the company paid 205.4 million soms in taxes and 318.3 million soms — to the Social Fund. The book profit was 650.1 million soms.

The enterprise, in addition to taxes and social payments, gives the state 50 percent of its net income.

Almazbek Nogoybaev

Almazbek Nogoybaev told about the acquired machinery, the presentation of which took place at the railway station Pishpek-1.

According to him, all the machinery was purchased through tenders on state procurement website. 90 open wagons are already operating in the south of the country. The rest will arrive in the republic in the coming days.
