Another snow avalanche descended the day before at the 249th and 223rd kilometers of Bishkek-Osh road. Press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The volume of avalanches amounted to 2,880 and 7,500 cubic meters. No victims reported.
«The avalanche at the 249th kilometer of the road was cleared within an hour,» the Ministry said.
Recall, an avalanche of 2.5 million cubic meters came down on March 13 at the 246th kilometer, 144,000 cubic meters of snow blocked the road. It was closed for three days.
