Health Minister Talantbek Batyraliev withdrew his claim to medical workers. Several sued persons told 24.kg news agency.
The first court hearing was scheduled for February 26. However, it did not take place, the sued were notified of the withdrawal of the claim.
The minister asked to recognize certain phrases in the published appeal of doctors in the newspaper Kyrgyz Tuusu on December 1, 2017 encroaching on his honor, dignity and business reputation. The total amount of the claim was almost 3 million soms.
Later, most of the health workers stated that they did not sign the published appeal.
