The Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, Sapar Isakov, stated that the specialists found a solution, and by 4.00 pm all the apartments in Bishkek will be supplied with heating. He stated this today at Open Government conference.
According to him, the government should think about prevention of such accidents in future and make repair of equipment on time.
«The tariffs issue arises, and we must move to effective measures to fundamentally solve the issue. Why am I now rising this question? Because it has to do with the open government,» Sapar Isakov said.
According to him, the specialists found a technological solution at the Bishkek Heating and Power Plant, and hot water will begin to supply into the heating system within an hour.
