A deputy of the Bishkek City Council is involved in the implementation of Smart City project. This was reported to 24.kg news agency.
Three companies — Huawei and Beijing China Veterans Lingxin Capital Management, as well as the domestic Aka Minerals and Mining LLC — will reportedly invest in the project.
Aka Minerals and Mining LLC, according to the terms of the project, invests in the implementation of Smart City 15 percent — $ 9 million. Together with Beijing China Veterans Lingxin Capital Management, the company will train specialists in the work with equipment and software.
According to the Ministry of Justice, Kasym Muratovich Kurbanov is the director and one of the founders of Aka Minerals and Mining LLC. He is 33 years old. He graduated from the Kyrgyz State Law Academy with a degree in law. In addition, the founder of this LLC is AKKA Petroleum, which, in its turn, is one of the links in the structure of Group of Companies AKKA CJSC.
Olga Nikolaevna Pavlova manages AKKA CJSC, and one of the founders of the company is Baktybek Baktybekovich Alymbekov, a 27-year-old deputy of the Bishkek City Council. He is an expert of the Agency for Investment Promotion.
The day before, the government signed an agreement on the implementation of Smart City project. The Chinese companies Huawei and Beijing China Veterans Lingxin Capital Management, as well as the domestic Aka Minerals and Mining LLC, will invest their funds in Smart City.
It is planned that the first devices for recording the traffic will be installed on the streets of Bishkek and Osh at the end of January.
