The deputies of the Parliament today will meet for an extraordinary session. Press service of the Parliament reported.
As noted, the extraordinary session is convened by the Speaker of the Parliament Dastanbek Dzhumabekov. Its agenda includes only one question — objection of the President of Kyrgyzstan to the Law On ratification of the Agreement on the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union, signed on April 11, 2017 in Moscow.
The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan ratified the Customs Code of EEU on December 27. 106 deputies voted for it.
The new EEU Customs Code should enter into force on January 1, 2018. Kyrgyzstan is the only country in the union that has not yet ratified this document.
