5.3-point earthquake registered in south Kyrgyzstan

Today at 3.02 am the Institute of Seismology recorded an earthquake measuring 5.3 points in the epicenter. Press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

According to it, the epicenter was located in Alai district of Osh region. The tremors were felt in the villages Bor-Dobo, Nura, Ikizyak, Irkeshtam — 4 points, Kara-Kindik — 3.5 points, Archa-Bulak, Sary-Tash — 3 points.

According to preliminary data, no victims or damages were reported.
