Deputy of Parliament Iskander Gaipkulov takes oath

The deputy Iskander Gaipkulov took an oath today at a meeting of the Parliament.

Iskander Gaipkulov, the former chairman of the Accounting Chamber, came to the Parliament on the list of Ata Meken party instead of Omurbek Tekebayev, who was convicted under the article «Corruption».

Iskander Gaipkulov was born on March 5, 1966 in the village of Mangyt in Aravan district of Osh region. In March 2005, he was elected deputy of the Parliament of the third convocation.
