Almost 23 tons of mandarin oranges from Tajikistan detained on Kyrgyz border

Employees of South customs near Japalak village, Osh region, detected 22,890 tones of mandarin oranges. Press service of the State Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

According to it, a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic attempted to import by Mercedes Benz fresh mandarin oranges for 144,500 soms. The cargo was imported into the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union from Tajikistan without customs control.

The case files were transferred to the prosecutor’s office of Osh region.
