Single database of notarial documents to be created in Kyrgyzstan

A single electronic database of notarial documents will be created in Kyrgyzstan. The Parliament supported amendments to the bill in the third reading today.

The implementation will require allocation of additional funds from the state budget. According to the calculations of the State Committee for Information Technologies and Communications, $1,378 million (95,357.6 million soms) and 33 months will be required to create an electronic database.

The Government of the Kyrgyz Republic should make additions to the instruction on the procedure for notarial acts by notaries.
