Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, hosts campaign «If you are for the friendship of the peoples, hug me». Syrym Abdrakhmanov, director of the Kazakhstan’s Institute for Risk Prediction, a member of the Council for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights and Corruption Control of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs Atameken is streaming video on Facebook.
Abdrakhmanov stands in front of the shopping and entertainment center Khan Shatyr with the flag of Kyrgyzstan and a poster. The aim of the campaign is to show that the Kyrgyz and the Kazakhs are fraternal peoples, united by the thousand-year joint history, and also demonstrate that the Kyrgyz are treated friendly and warmly in Kazakhstan.
