Fuel and lubricants prices in Kyrgyzstan grow by 4.4 percent since September

Since the beginning of September, prices for fuel and lubricants in Kyrgyzstan have increased by 4.4 percent. The State Agency of Antimonopoly Regulation reported.

According to it, the increase in retail fuel prices is caused by the increase in wholesale prices in Russia in connection with repairs at Russian refineries.

According to the oil traders in Kyrgyzstan, the wholesale prices of Russian factories rose by an average of 15 percent from July to November.

«Now the fuel market is competitive. There are over 20 companies. There are no facts of unjustified price increase and violations of the antimonopoly legislation,» the State Antimonopoly Agency concluded.
