Kazakh Ministry of Foreign Affairs reacts to statements of Almazbek Atambayev

 Foreign Affairs Minister of Kazakhstan Kairat Abdrakhmanov doesn’t consider himself entitled to assess the statements of the head of another state, but he joins «the opinion of a well-known political scientist who said that the remarks of the outgoing president of the KR are politically incorrect and do not correspond to the status of the head of a sovereign state.»  Kazakhstani media reported.

At the same time, Kairat Abdrakhmanov expressed confidence that «one can fruitfully work with the government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the implementation of those agreements that had been reached earlier.»

«Special attention should be focused on finally approving, signing the so-called road map, which was worked out during the visit of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic to Astana,» the Kazakh Foreign Minister concluded.

Earlier, the Speaker of the Senate of the Kazakh Parliament Kasym-Zhomart Tokayev commented on the speech of Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev.
