Revenue side of local budgets decreases by almost half billion soms

The revenue side of the local budgets of Kyrgyzstan in 2017 decreased by almost half a billion soms compared with 2016. This was reported by the Ministry of Finance.

According to it, the revenues of local budgets for 10 months of 2017 amounted to 11,228 billion soms (excluding special means and transfers) with the plan of 11,211 billion soms (the plan was overfulfilled by 0.2 percent).

Reportedly, the decrease in revenue was caused by changes in tax legislation associated with sales tax.
