Ulan Karagulov was appointed a new plenipotentiary representative of the government in Chui region. The administration of the region confirmed information to 24.kg news agency.
Ulan Karagulov earlier was the head of Kemin district.
The former head of the region, Baktybek Kudaibergenov, left the post at his own request. He was appointed to the post in 2015.
