Almazbek Atambayev gives instructions on strengthening external borders

Almazbek Atambayev, at a meeting with the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Raimberdi Duyshenbiev, gave a number of instructions on strengthening external borders. This was reported by the Information Policy Department of the President’s Office.

According to it, the head of state reported on the work to strengthen the defense capacity, the further development of the country’s Armed Forces and the implementation of a set of measures aimed at improving the technical equipment and social security of servicemen.

Raimberdi Duishenbiev reported on the development of the border infrastructure and increased combat readiness of the units. In particular, the completion of construction of two apartment buildings for servicemen of the State Border Service and preparations for the opening of the outpost Minbulak in Batken region.
