Coal has risen in price in all regions of , compared to 2016. The chairman of the State Committee of Industry, Energy and Mineral Resources, Ulanbek Ryskulov, said at a meeting in the government on preparations for the autumn-winter heating season.
According to him, most of all the price for solid fuel has risen in Batken region — by 42 percent.
«In Chui region, coal has risen in price by 6%, in Talas — by 19%, in Issyk-Kul — by 5%, in Bishkek — by 20%, in — by 25% and in Jalal-Abad — by 9%,» Ulanbek Ryskulov said.
The cost of coal at fuel bases in the northern region varies from 1,100 to 5,500 soms per ton, in the southern region — from 2,100 to 8,500 soms.
