Interior Ministry implements Smart City within Taza Koom project

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and local administrations under the leadership of the government are implementing Smart City project within Taza Koom program. Press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said with reference to the Deputy Chairman of the Public Council of the ministry Yalkun Dautov.

According to him, 50 video cameras will be installed on Ala-Too Square within Antiterror program.

«Also, CCTV cameras will be also installed along the main highways of the capital, which will allow not only to ensure order on the roads, but will also help law enforcement agencies in the detection of crimes against public safety,» Yalkun Dautov said.

According to him, 50 percent of fines for violations on roads will come to the local budget, 40 percent — to the Ministry of Finance, and 10 percent- to the budget of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
