State Property Management Fund plans to liquidate 8 enterprises and reorganize other 32. Bekbolot Aliyev, Deputy Chairman of the Fund, told journalists about it today.

According to him, there were 1,116 working state enterprises in the country. Currently, only 105 of them operate. The rest are liquidated, reorganized and transformed.

«The goal was to eliminate contiguous functions and optimize costs. If they produced the same goods, then the state had no benefit. Since the Soviet times, there were district farm administrations, which did not bring income and were maintained at the expense of the budget. Therefore, it was decided to eliminate them,» Bekbolot Aliyev said.
