The situation on the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border will be resolved by December 1. The Kazakh expert Zhaksylyk Sabitov said this at a round table today.
According to him, there are no objective reasons for the continuation of the conflict. After the inauguration of the new president, this will cease to be a problem.
«The situation on the border arose because of misunderstandings during the pre-election period. Now the situation is escalating. There will be no change till Almazbek Atambayev is in power. He said a lot, but there were no apologies,» Zhaksylyk Sabitov said.
He believes that the new president will start everything from scratch. He will not sacrifice the national interests of the country. «Despite the fact that he is the successor of Atambayev, he will not continue his course. There are no friends in politics,» said Zhaksylyk Sabitov.
