The Ministry of Justice of has shortened the term for apostilling documents of individuals and legal entities, the press service of the ministry said.
According to it, the decree On Amending Some Decisions of the Government of the was signed by Prime Minister Sapar Isakov.
It is reported that the maximum period for apostilling documents shouldn’t exceed two working days (earlier it was five days) from the day of submission of documents. The cost of the service hasn’t increased and still is 940 soms.
In addition, citizens can use the procedure of urgent apostilling of documents if they wish: within one working day (the fee is 1,880 soms) and within three hours (a collection of 2,820 soms), the report says.
