The headquarters of Omurbek Babanov denied reports that his supporters hold a rally in Talas.
According to them, these people on the square and the riders coming from Kara-Buura district, apparently, came there on their own initiative. Omurbek Babanov himself said earlier that he would never call on his voters to hold rallies and violate public order. He acknowledged the preliminary results of the presidential elections and actually put up with the victory of his main opponent, Sooronbai Jeenbekov.
According to eyewitnesses, about 3,000 people gathered in Talas. However, the Interior Department of the city does not confirm this, stating that there are no more than 300 people in the center and they do not put forward any demands.
