The Ministry of Internal Affairs will check all facts of violations on the voting day, October 15, within three days. The Deputy Head of the law-enforcement ministry Almazbek Orozaliyev informed 24.kg news agency.
According to him, the day before, there were reports throughout the day that voters were fulfilling their civic duty using tear-off coupons, at some polling stations observers noted that the secrecy of the vote was violated, and voters were bribed.
«All these facts are being checked, protocols are drawn up, and witnesses are questioned. According to the law, we can give an assessment within three days, in rare cases — within ten days,» Almazbek Orozaliyev said.
He added that four cases of bodily injuries were recorded. Attacks on journalists of NTS and Kloop are also being checked. Media staff wrote statements.
