Voter turnout increases by almost five percent for hour

Voter turnout in the presidential elections in Kyrgyzstan increased by almost five percent for an hour. Such data are given by the Central Commission for Elections and Referenda.

It is noted that at 1 pm, 1,213,803 voters voted. This is 40.12 percent of the total number of eligible voters. Total in the elections can vote 3,025,770 people.

First Deputy Prime Minister Tolkunbek Abdygulov said that the voter turnout at 16.00 was 35.8 percent. Just over one million people came to the polling stations.

Most actively vote in Osh (turnout — 52.8 percent), Talas (45.75 percent) and Bishkek (45.05 percent).
