A new park Zhibek Zholu was opened in the city of today, the press service of the mayor’s office of the southern capital reported.
In a welcome speech, Osh Mayor Aitmamat Kadyrbaev noted that over the past three years 99 percent of holiday destinations in the city have been completely reconstructed.
«Previously, the territory was illegally sold to a private owner. However, through the court the park was returned to the municipal property. It became one of the most beautiful resting places,» the mayor said.
Reconstruction of the park with an area of 9,600 square meters cost 4.5 million soms: the mayor’s office allocated 2 million, the private entrepreneur Koo Hui Jun — 1.5 million, the сombine for landscaping and green economy — 1,053 million.
