Kyrgyzstani sentenced to 4 years in prison for ISIL recruiting in Russia

A citizen of Kyrgyzstan was sentenced to four years in prison for recruiting to the ranks of the gang banned in the Russian Federation. Russian media reported.

According to them, the verdict was delivered by the Far Eastern Military District Court in Khabarovsk.

During the investigation and trial it became clear that the citizen, born in 1994, is a supporter of the radical movements of Islam. He was engaged in recruitment to the Islamic State in May 2017.

He was sentenced to four years in jail, without a fine with serving the sentence in a correctional colony with general regime, the media reported.
