Severelectro plans to remotely disconnect more than 2,000 consumers

Severelectro JSC plans tomorrow, on October 5, remotely disconnect for late payments 2,248 residential consumers, the press service of the company informed 24.kg news agency.

As of October 1, the amount of residential consumers' debt in Bishkek is about 65.9 million soms.

The company recalled that Severelectro accepts payments in real time, and information about the payment of electricity bills in the payment terminals Mobilnik, QIWI and Aiyl Bank payment terminals appears in Severelectro’s database immediately.

As the company notes, the electricity supply to consumers with so-called «smart» meters, remotely interrupted because of late payments, is connected after full payment and the subsequent receipt of a signal to Severelectro server. Further, the automated system sends a signal to connect the meter.
