Vice Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan reprimanded for election campaigning

Vice Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Duishenbek Zilaliev was severely reprimanded for election campaigning. The corresponding decree was signed today by the Prime Minister Sapar Isakov.

This measure of disciplinary responsibility was adopted on the basis of the decision of the Central Commission for Elections and Referenda. The government was recommended to severely punish Duishenbek Zilaliev.

Recall, the Prime Minister Sapar Isakov declared a reprimand to Duishenbek Zilaliev, assigning the duties of the Chairman of the Republican headquarters on assistance to election commissions in resolving organizational and technical issues in the preparation and holding the presidential elections to the Deputy Prime Minister Temir Jumakadyrov.

The decision was made in connection with information in the media, where Duishenbek Zilaliev in a conversation, allegedly, expresses his personal preference for one of the candidates for presidency.
