Agreement on Kyrgyz-Uzbek border ratified in three readings

The agreement on the Kyrgyz-Uzbek state border was ratified today at the parliament session in the second and third readings.

The discussion took place behind closed doors.

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev earlier invited his colleague Almazbek Atambayev to visit Uzbekistan. It is expected that the visit will take place on October 5-6, 2017. The parties may sign the final agreement on the border.
