Kamchybek Tashiev officially withdrew from the presidential race. This decision was taken the day before by the Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan.
Statement of the candidate was approved at the meeting of the commission. Kamchybek Tashiev withdrew his candidacy in support of Sooronbay Jeenbekov.
His surname will be removed from the ballot paper.
