Kyrgyzstan takes 75th place in Doing Business 2017

The World Bank has published its next survey- Doing Business 2017: Equal Opportunities for All.

According to the analysis, Brunei Darussalam, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Belarus, Indonesia, Serbia, Georgia, Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain are among the countries that achieved the best results in 2015-2016 in improving the doing business indicators. In total, they conducted 48 regulatory reforms aimed at improving the business environment.

Countries in all regions are implementing reforms aimed at improving the business environment. But Europe and Central Asia remain the region with the largest number of states that have implemented at least one reform.

New Zealand takes the first place in the ranking, the second is Singapore, the third — Denmark.

Kazakhstan has the lead among the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (35th place). Belarus is the 37th, Armenia — 38th, Russia — 40th, and Kyrgyzstan takes the 75th place.
