Ratification of border agreement with Uzbekistan postponed

The ratification of the border agreement with Uzbekistan was postponed until tomorrow. The Deputy of the Parliament from Ata Meken faction Kanybek Imanaliev told.

«Today, we were just shown the map, there is a legal quorum, but you saw that there are not more than 20-30 deputies in the session hall,» the deputy said.

Recall, the today’s agenda of Parliament was the issue of ratification of the agreement between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan on the joint border, signed on September 5, 2017 in Bishkek at the plenary session. It was considered by deputies behind closed doors.

Media representatives were asked to leave the session hall.
