Liglass Trading intends to bring everything till the end

Liglass Trading intends to accomplish everything started, the general director of the Czech company Mikhail Smelik said today at a press conference.

According to him, they came to the negotiations at the invitation. «We are ready to implement projects in Kyrgyzstan and bring them to completion. Our work didn’t stop. We work with engineers, we prepare offices. People like Edil Baisalov, Felix Kulov, Temir Sariev and others don’t know where the truth is. Immediately after the signing of the agreement, hunting for the company began,» Mikhail Smelik said.

He showed checks that raised doubts in Kyrgyzstan. «We paid a guarantee fee, got an issue. It was an open international tender. We passed under the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. We haven’t done anything illegal,» Mikhail Smelik noted.

At the time, the government voices different terms for payment of $ 37 million by Liglass Trading company for the redemption of 50 percent of shares of Upper Naryn HPPs CJSC. This is exactly the amount Kyrgyzstanshould return to the Russian company RusHydro, which is preparing to file a lawsuit against the republic in international arbitration.
