Participation of presidential candidates in the televised debates was scheduled. The draw was held the day before at a meeting of the Central Election Commission.
The candidates will get free print space in the newspapers Erkin-Too, which will be released on September 22, and Kyrgyz Tuusu — on September 29. Free airtime will be provided on TV channels Ilim Zhana Bilim, ELTR and OTRK.
At the same time, the candidates were provided 15 minutes of individual time on OTRK. Each candidate will also receive other 25 minutes during the debates. The same time each candidate will receive at the state Birinchi radio during a day and in evening.
