In Bishkek, wheel locks will be installed for traffic rules violations from September 20 and later on — throughout the republic. The head of the department for coordination and control over the activity of the patrol police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Nur Satybaldiev told today at a press conference.
According to him, the locks will be installed for improper parking. «Cars are left on lawns and everywhere they want,» he said.
«The lock can automatically pierce the tire, so we do not advise you to remove it by yourself. We will leave stickers in official, state and English languages on the windshield. There will be a telephone number 102 and a mobile phone number of the inspector who installed the lock,» Nur Satybaldiev explained.
Earlier it was reported that since April 29, 2017 cars of violators of traffic rules will be forcibly evacuated, and wheel locks will be also installed on them.
