Akram Madumarov was appointed Director of the State Personnel Department of Kyrgyzstan. Information Policy Department of the Presidential Administration reported.
According to it, Almazbek Atambayev signed a decree on his appointment, releasing him from his previous post.
Akram Madumarov was appointed the first deputy head of the Presidential Administration on June 9.
