Liglass Trading has to pay $ 37 million until September 18, 2017. Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Duishenbek Zilaliyev told journalists.
The official noted that he does not know where the deadline August 22, 2017 came from.
He assumes that, in the beginning, everything was somehow misinterpreted. And 30 working days, probably, were counted from the moment of signing the contract.
«In fact, the term began from the moment when the agreement was signed by Electric Stations JSC and the National Energy Holding. When everything was approved and signed, after that, the term of payment was appointed. It ends on September 18, 2017. We have one more week,» Duishenbek Zilaliyev stressed.
Recall, earlier, the text of the government resolution on the approval of the transaction with Liglass Trading appeared on the website of the Ministry of Justice. The document also includes an investment agreement under which the Czech company must transfer the funds before August 22, 2017.
