Kyrgyz Embassy in RF to help appeal court's decision on those who died in fire

The Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation will assist the relatives of the victims in appealing the court decision in connection with the mildness of the sentence and will continue to work with the Russian competent authorities regarding the payment of insurance compensation in court. The press service of the embassy reports.

Recall, 14 Kyrgyzstanis died in a fire in the printing house «Print Express» in Moscow on August 27, 2016.

«A request was made to respond to the relatives of the deceased citizens and other persons recognized as victims for filing lawsuits,» the statement said.

During the rally on the deceased, the representatives of Kyrgyz NGOs made a request to regularly conduct explanatory work with competent authorities in Kyrgyzstan with labor migrants traveling to Russia for work, observance of labor safety rules, compulsory conclusion of labor or civil law contracts for employment, insurance from accidents at work and occupational diseases.
