Member of Onuguu-Progress excluded from list of candidates for deputies

Member of Onuguu-Progress excluded from list of candidates for deputies of parliament. The decision was taken yesterday by the CEC.

The Central Commission for Elections and Referendums received a statement from Nurbolot Kutmanov on excluding him from the list of candidates to the parliament from the political party Onuguu-Progress.

Guided by Article 65 of the Constitutional Law «On Elections of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and Deputies of the parliament», Article 18 of the Law «On Election Commissions for Conducting Elections and Referendums of the KR», the Central Election Commission satisfied the appeal.

In addition, the CEC decision of September 3, 2015 "On registration of the list of candidates from Onuguu-Progress political party regarding the registration of candidate Nurbolot Kutmanov was declared invalid.
