Festival of pilaf held in Osh city

Yesterday the international festival of pilaf under the motto «Friendship of Asian Peoples» took place in Osh, the mayor’s office of the southern capital reported.

According to it, about 25 cooks from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan participated in the festival.

Time limit — 1 hour and 20 minutes. Everyone who came to the festival could taste the pilaf prepared by the participants.

As a result of the festival, the winners were Aibek Rizamatov from Osh and Khurshid Khasanov from Andijon. The winners were awarded the main prize — a voucher to the United Arab Emirates.
