6 PECs will be opened in Russia during presidential elections in Kyrgyzstan, the Kyrgyz Embassy in Russia reported.

According to it, PECs will be opened in Moscow (the Embassy of the KR in Russia), Yekaterinburg (Consulate General), Novosibirsk (Vice-consulate), St. Petersburg (Office of the Embassy), Krasnoyarsk (Office of the Embassy) and Vladivostok (Office of the Embassy).

It is reported that for the inclusion of citizens in the voter lists it is necessary to go through biometric registration and get on consular accounting, it’s done free of charge.

The Precinct Electoral Commission encourages citizens to pass biometric registration at the collection points in the above-mentioned cities of Russia. The applications will be accepted until September 30, the report says.
