Kazakhstani coal will be supplied to Bishkek HPP by the intermediary company — «Rassvet Company» LLC. The news agency «24.kg» was informed about this by Electric Stations OJSC.
Only one local company applied for participation in the tender. Rassvet Company provides the heating plant with imported fuel for several years.
The procuring entity allocated 1 billion 620 million soms for the purchase of Kazakh coal. Rassvet Company is ready to supply fuel for 1 billion 619 million 550 thousand soms. A ton of imported coal was estimated at 3,599 soms.
Electric stations can’t buy coal directly from Shabyrkul Komir JSC, as the company is ready to cooperate on full prepayment terms. Power engineers can’t pay this amount, therefore, conclude an agreement with the intermediaries.
