Almazbek Atambayev approved changes to the law on Regulations of Parliament. Information Policy Department of the President’s Office reported.
According to it, in particular, the law provides for endowing the Parliament with the power to approve the budgets of the Social Fund and the Mandatory Medical Insurance Fund, and the government — with the authority to approve the republican budget in case of voluntary dissolution of Parliament.
The law was adopted by the Parliament on June 28, 2017.
